Rock Island Armory RIA-MAG Magazine for Baby Rock (1911 380) Stainless Steel 7/rd

The Rock Island Armory RIA-MAG is a factory replacement magazine built for the Baby Rock the compact 1911 380 chambered in .380 ACP. It holds 7 rounds and keeps your pistol feeding the way Armscor intended. Because it is made to the same specifications and tolerances as the original-equipment magazine you get proper fit and reliable operation without guesswork.

This magazine drops straight into the Rock Island Armory Baby Rock platform. Rock Island Armory builds it from stainless steel using the same manufacturing process and materials as the magazine that shipped with your pistol so it seats and feeds like the original. The stainless steel body resists wear and corrosion which matters for a magazine that rides in a carry gun or spends long sessions in a range bag.

The Baby Rock is a single-stack 1911 380 so it runs one magazine at a time and rewards a shooter who carries spares. Swapping in a fresh magazine on the line means less downtime between strings and more rounds sent. For anyone who trains for defense a second and third magazine lets you drill reloads instead of stopping to reload the same body over and over.

A magazine is also an item that experiences a lot of wear from use. Springs and feed lips take a beating over thousands of cycles and tired feed lips are one of the most common causes of malfunctions in any semi-automatic pistol. Keeping fresh factory .380 ACP magazines on hand is cheap insurance against a gun that will not run when you need it. When the spare matches your Baby Rock exactly you remove one more variable from the equation and trust that every magazine in your rotation behaves the same way.
